My experience with Abacus to this point was a good experience. I liked the fact that it was bring under my attention that my property information was given to a new “client”. Thus, I know that it wasn’t buried somewhere and nobody is focussing on it anymore.

What really stands out is how we are always notified if one of our properties is put forward for consideration to a prospective new tenant – I find with other brokerages you often are unaware until viewing stage or sometimes only if the potential tenant shows interest at the viewing.

The agent i dealt with is LeeAnne Bosman and her service was excellent, far superior to most Estate Agents. Reasons being 1. She listened when I spoke and didn’t try and tell me , like most agents, what she thought I might want to hear but responded exactly with the information I asked from her and 2. She is honest and didn’t try and lie to me as many agents do.

I have been in this for about 20 years and I wish there were more like her in this industry.
