First phase was completed in 2018, and it quickly became a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike. Situated near the N1 highway, Montana Private Hospital, and in close proximity to schools and major shopping centres.

Phase 2: The Next Chapter

Phase 2 is currently in development. Expect more diverse shopping options, entertainment, and services that cater to your needs.

Phase 3: Waiting for chapter to become reality
